A person visiting St Joseph’s Seminary, Mangalore, for the first time, is struck by the majesty of the whole building. As he enters into the gate of the compound, the first thing that strikes his eyes is the two tall majestic towers on either side of the Seminary Church façade, standing solemnly as on guard.
The Academic Programme in St Joseph’s Interdiocesan Seminary lasts Seven years: three years of Philosophy and four years of Theology Courses, leading to the conferring of the Degree of Bachelor of Philosophy (B. Ph.) and Theology (B. Th.), by the Urban University, Rome.
